I drove to your shop with my Z, I purchased everything while I was there and your shop installed it. I parked my car out front, you guys pulled it into the shop, installed the ecu, boost jets, and a set of Tial BOVs that I thought sounded like shit, and you swapped them out for your ROFL BOVS. Then I headed home like a kid at a carnival, never touched anything again until the partout. The guy I sold it to installed it and turned up his boost, just like you did and Boom! I actually bought a jdm motor from you that was junk, so I returned it and never ended up fixing the car. I can't fathom your replies. I can't understand how a person could be such a life-sucking piece of rubbish, you are beginning to make Vuk look humane. My engine blew because you installed items to increase my boost, but neglected to modify the engine mapping when you installed an ecu that YOUR SHOP put a wrong cover on. Don't placate me like there's no reason running 14psi on a tt engine with a stock ecu would cause it to fry a piston. Russell, how many times have I been to your shop? A significant enough amount to COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND how one of your employees could easily have installed the wrong cover. Especially 6 years ago, when things were far less organized than now. You kept my stock ECU as a core, so I didn't even have a spare that I could have "accidentally" switched. It wouldn't hurt you guys to own up to something for once. "Hey man, that completely could have happened and if it did, we apologize and would gladly have worked with you, but it's really been too long to do anything now." would have been way better than your bullshit vies for defense. You're always looking for how anything couldn't have been your fault, instead of accepting the possibility that maybe you did something. You're in the wrong industry; you need to be running a brothel with your attitude. You sincerely need to learn customer service; your shop would quadruple its business if you'd just keep your damn mount shut and let someone else type a valid reply. You just lost a lifetime customer, and that's a damn shame because I was about to drop over a grand on some jspec goodies with you. I'm having Satan deliver them, instead. GFY Russell
